Hi, I’m Suki! I believe each of us carries an inner light, a unique resilience guiding us through life’s heaviest moments. Life can feel overwhelming, whether it’s work stress, relationship complexities, parenting challenges, or uncertain transitions. I’ve walked these paths myself and understand their impact. My greatest joy is sitting with you, hearing your story, and walking alongside you with warmth and compassion to uncover your strength to move forward.

As a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience and a mother of two, I bring professional expertise and personal insight into life’s ups and downs. I specialize in supporting parents and children through emotional and developmental challenges, including ADHD and autism, fostering healing, secure attachments, and resilience. I guide families with empathy and practical tools. I also support individuals facing work stress or life transitions, using Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to manage anxiety, build emotional balance, and embrace change. My experiences—adapting to a new country, leading an NGO through crises, and navigating career shifts—enhance my trauma-informed, evidence-based approach. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I offer tailored care to diverse clients.

For me, this work is a sacred privilege—honoring your challenges and rediscovering your hope. Let’s navigate this journey together, finding courage for your next step, wherever it may lead.

Hi, I’m Kiki. I believe every child and teenager deserves to be deeply understood, not just managed. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Counselling. For over 15 years, I have provided a warm, therapeutic space for school-aged children and adolescents navigating the complexities of growing up, school pressure, and family dynamics.

My practice specializes in supporting young people with neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia) and physical challenges. Instead of focusing solely on behaviors or functional skills, I help my clients process the emotional weight of their experiences—whether it’s school anxiety, frustration with learning differences, or the feeling of not fitting in.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, I use a strength-based and narrative approach to help children and teens express themselves, build self-esteem, and develop emotional regulation skills. I am here to listen to their voice—even those expressed without words. My goal is to partner with your family to uncover your child’s inner resilience and help them write a story of hope and confidence.

I am a compassionate and empathetic Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling from Hong Kong. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals across diverse age groups, gained through years of work in nonprofit organizations. Having lived abroad and relocated to Canada in 2024, I deeply understand the challenges of starting anew in unfamiliar environments—particularly for Hong Kongers navigating displacement, cultural transitions, and unresolved trauma. I support clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, and gambling addiction. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can explore your emotions, face vulnerabilities, and reconnect with your inner self at your own pace. Grounded in person-centered theory, I offer unconditional positive regard and empathetic understanding to support personal growth and selfactualization. My trauma-informed, humanistic approach integrates evidencebased modalities, including person-centered therapy (PCT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems approaches.
